Our unofficial slogan is #VictoriousMade. We employ this hashtag in a lot of our digital content. But what exactly does it mean?

We believe that to achieve personal goals, whatever they may be, is to win at life. Our gym aims to help people feel this way by improving both our physical and mental states: to become stronger, faster, and fitter, of course—but also to gain confidence, fortitude, and grit.

Our Classes

We offer a range of training options that cater to all fitness and experience levels. When you are learning something new, we take care to ensure you are performing it correctly.  When you are ready to be pushed, we will help you break boundaries.

The Gauntlet

This is our signature class. The Gauntlet includes a dynamic warmup period, followed by a full-body cardio circuit, and completed with a stretching cool down. Circuits change weekly, consisting primarily of calisthenics and muscular conditioning with various equipment, including dumbbells, battle ropes, and agility ladders. The goal of this 45-minute class is to burn a high number of calories while developing all-over strength and endurance.

Boxing 101

This class offers an introduction to boxing for beginners while still challenging those who have experience in the sport. These hour-long sessions typically include jumping rope and shadowboxing to warmup, followed by footwork and punching drills across a full range of equipment: heavy bags, focus pads, speed bags, and more.

Note: If you have never boxed before, it is recommended to arrive early so we may help you wrap your hands until you learn how to do it on your own. We are able to provide gloves and wraps (in limited quantities), but encourage you to buy your own if attending regularly. Boxing shoes are not mandated but will noticeably improve footwork versus traditional running shoes or cross-trainers.

1-on-1 

There are profound benefits to receiving individual attention. We offer private training for those who want to accelerate their progress—whether that’s weight loss, muscle gain, or improving athletic performance. We are a fledgling company with heroic goals. We plan on expanding our lineup of services, as well as our geographical reach, later this year. Stay tuned for more news on that front in the coming months.

Pricing and Schedule

We offer drop-ins for only $15 per class. We sell unlimited memberships for as little as $75 per month. We also offer Flex Passes starting at just $10 per class. We run multiple classes every Tuesday and Thursday evening, with more classes and time slots planned for the future.
